IFA, U.S. Chamber: Obamacare causing job losses A new survey by two of Washington, D.C.'s largest business groups claims that the Affordable Care Act is already costing employers more money, leading to cuts in full-time jobs. The survey by Public Opinion Strategies reached out to 400 companies and found that 31 percent of franchise and 12 percent of non-franchise businesses report they have already reduced worker hours because of the impending law.
